Serving the Community through the Board of MVO

 In General, Ministry Village

Over the past year, Ministry Village at Olive has welcomed a few new members to our Board of Directors. Last week, we learned a little about Kathy Clements and her passion for the Bargain Center. This week, our focus is on board member Justin Tyner.

The Tyner Family

Justin is president of Amoré Plumbing Co., Inc. and joined the MVO board in December 2020. Justin is an active member of Olive Baptist Church, and along with his wife, Christi, they have 4 kids – Charleigh, Braden, Dax, and Karagan.

Justin says his spiritual gift is service, so joining forces with the other MVO board members was a natural fit. “MVO was created with the purpose of serving and meeting people’s needs while sharing the love of Christ,” explains Justin. “By helping meet the needs of others, MVO has a unique opportunity to love on people. I love the passion of the MVO team, and the constant push to do more.”

“Our community is blessed to have Ministry Village at Olive, and it’s an honor for me to be part of such a great team.”

Thank you, Justin, for joining with Ministry Village to serve our community and show the world what loving our neighbors really looks like!

Next week, we’ll learn a little about new MVO board member Mitch White.

The Ministry Village Board of Directors are Dr. Stephen Newsome (Chair), Patricia Clay, Kathy Clements, Jared Gann, Clint Holmes, Terrell Kelly, Dr. Larry Morris, Bobby Price, Jr., Jaime Principe, Justin Tyner, and Mitch White. Dr. Ted Traylor serves as a nonvoting member of the MVO Board, along with the MVO Executive Director.
