What is the Charis House Substance Abuse Recovery?
The Charis House is a 12-month Faith Based Residential Substance Abuse Recovery Program for Women.
If you are ready to break free from the cycle of addiction, apply below to speak with our intake specialist about whether the Charis House is right for you!
The Program:
We understand that everyone has made poor decisions and sometimes those decisions land us in a place that we never intended. It’s important to realize that God uses programs like the Charis House to extend a helping hand and a way out. Participation in the Charis House program is a privilege and requires accountability, responsibility, and discipline. The rules and procedures were developed to help mold each participant and grow her in grace and wisdom, to become the woman that God created her to be. For one-year participants are offered structure, biblical based curriculum, and activities that focus on individual recovery. If you or a loved one are suffering from drug addiction and have the desire and willingness to change, Charis House can help.
Faith-Based Foundation
At the Charis House we believe that a participant’s personal relationship with Jesus is the foundation for healing and wholeness. Participants attend daily classes with a Christ centered recovery-based curriculum, weekly Christian counseling, and group therapy. Participants attend Church regularly and attend many other activities within the community. The ladies also volunteer during the week at our local thrift store and in many other areas within the community.
