About Us
Ministry Village at Olive is a Christ-centered childcare ministry dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment where children can grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, and academically. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Daycare Director to lead our program, support our staff, and ensure excellence in care and Christian education.
Position Summary
The Daycare Director will provide leadership and oversight of daily operations, ensuring that all children are cared for in a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment. This individual will supervise staff, manage enrollment, oversee curriculum, maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, and cultivate strong partnerships with parents and families.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide spiritual leadership by modeling Christlike behavior and incorporating biblical principles into the center’s culture and programming.
• Oversee all aspects of the daycare’s operations, including staff management, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with state childcare regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff to maintain a professional, caring, and faith-driven team.
• Partner with teachers to implement developmentally appropriate, biblically-basedcurriculum that supports whole-child growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, communicating regularly and fostering a welcoming, inclusive Christian community.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through appropriate policies, procedures, and supervision.
• Manage enrollment, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Collaborate with Ministry Village leadership to align the daycare’s mission with the larger ministry.
Qualifications
• A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission and values ofMinistry Village Early Learning Center.
• (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education, with at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of state childcare licensing requirements and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Experience working in a Christian daycare, preschool, or ministry setting.
• Ability to mentor and encourage staff in both professional development and spiritual growth.

Early Learning Center
We are currently hiring: Teachers, Assistants, and Substitutes
The Early Learning Center (ELC) teaches children between ages 3 months - 4 years old. Our goal first is to instill Godly character into each child who attends our school, and we will be using the Creative Curriculum, as well as running our classrooms in play-based centers.

Now Hiring For: Addiction Counselor - Women’s Christ-Centered Recovery
Location: Ministry Village Charis House
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports To: Program Director
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and spiritually grounded Addiction Recovery Counselor to serve in our women’s recovery program. This role is central to helping women find healing from addiction through a Christ-centered approach, combining professional counseling methods with biblical principles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about walking with women through the process of recovery, healing, and restoration in Jesus’ name.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group counseling for women overcoming substance use, integrating clinical best practices and biblical truth.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized recovery and spiritual growth plans.
• Facilitate Christ-centered recovery groups, Bible studies, and prayer support sessions.
• Collaborate with staff, medical professionals, case managers, and volunteers to support healing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in training, staff meetings, and continuing education in both counseling and Christian ministry.
• Encourage spiritual transformation by modeling Christ-like character and offering prayer and biblical encouragement.
•Include use of electronic health records (EHR) or case documentation software for all client notes and recovery plans.
Required Qualifications:
• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agreement with our organization’s statement of faith.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Licensed or license-eligible preferred).
• Experience working with women in recovery, ideally in a faith-based or trauma-informed setting.
• Strong knowledge of addiction and recovery dynamics, mental health challenges, and spiritual formation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to uphold boundaries while offering grace, truth, and support.
• Passion for discipleship and mentoring women in a Christ-honoring way.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification as an Addiction Counselor (e.g., CADC, LADC) or biblical counseling training (e.g., ACBC, CCEF).
• Experience leading Christian recovery curriculum (e.g., Celebrate Recovery, Most Excellent Way, REBOOT, The Genesis Process).
Work Environment:
This position operates within a residential, Christ-centered recovery setting. Candidates must be comfortable working closely with women in early recovery, maintaining a trauma-informed and grace-based approach. Some evening or weekend hours may be required based on program needs.
